How does your garden grow?

I like the idea of a sustainable garden and when we have our own house with a huge fenced backyard i would love to plant all of these things
*lemon tree *lime tree *plum tree *peach tree *avocado tree *apple tree *mandarin
*lettuce *tomato *carrots *peas
*potato *squash *pumpkin
*lavender *sunflowers
*basil *coriander *mint *parsley *dill *rosemary *thyme *oregano

What do you have in your garden?

Hmmm, we've just ripped up our garden to start planting again this weekend but we bought a few things ready to plant - various lettuces, strawberries, tomatoes, various herbs...I'm sure there were more but my memory defeats me! We've also go a lemon tree, 2 orange trees and a grapefruit tree.

I currently have a few sickly tomatoes, a massive bunch of dill, some garlic chives, basil, and my favourite, a pineapple. All in pots, because our "garden" is a strip of pavers with a clothes line. I can't wait to have a house where we can plant a mango tree.

At the moment I have strawberries, mini carrots, thyme, sage (pineapple and purple) and nasturtium. I need to get some basil.

At my parents we had an avocado tree growing up, it was so good. But then they had the bright idea to cut it down a few years ago :(

I'm hoping to start a vegetable garden soon - I just need to overcome my black thumbs!
But I am hoping to one day grow lemons, limes, avocados, strawberries, kale, heirloom tomatoes and lots and lots of different herbs. And other things, no doubt!
